First of all this hotel location is great. Just the hotel lobby and customer service need improvement. The room is moderate and no provide toothbrushes and shower gel. So customer advice to bring by your own and purchase at nearby convenience store or hotel. Overall still good to stay for budget stay. Thank you.

Terrible check in experience. Booked for 訂房網站le room but being assigned executive room. Wait for half hours then change to 訂房網站le room. Room with space and mention can add 1 extra bed but refuse to add by hotel manager. Luckily the house keeping department assist to. Room with free parking facility but no parking for us. The toilet bowl also out of order and unable to flush. Very terrible. Not recommend

I recently stayed at Tune Hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Tune Hotel is well-known for offering budget-friendly accommodations without compromising too much on comfort and cleanliness. The location is strategic, especially if you’re traveling for business or leisure—it’s usually close to public transport, shopping malls, and eateries. The room was compact but well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had good water pressure. I appreciate that the room came with basic amenities such as clean towels, toiletries, and a safe deposit box. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast, which is a big plus for digital nomads or business travelers. The staff were polite, helpful, and efficient during check-in and check-out. While there is no room service or luxury facilities, Tune Hotel is ideal for those who just need a clean, comfortable place to rest. I would definitely recommend it for budget-conscious travelers.

The place is very convenient. But the room is a bit small.Toilet door can't lock. If having a mirror in the room is better. Only have a mirror in the toilet.

Nice hotel to stay but on basic need as they claimed they area trying their best in accommodating patron's need with affordable room rate. So all amenities will charged according to our need.
